At doyabest, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • In the original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or protective pouches.

  • Requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number).

2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings for pierced ears (unless faulty or damaged upon arrival).

  • Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to request a return:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 14-day window, email us at service@doyabest.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original condition and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Deductions: Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For returns that are not a result of our error (e.g., you changed your mind), return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund (following the process above), and then place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take great care in ensuring your order is perfect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@doyabest.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging clearly showing the issue. We will cover all shipping costs to resolve these issues promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or discount cannot be refunded.
